This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.iyper.com and the iyper mobile app (collectively "Platform") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

 

This Privacy Policy specifically applies to everyone who uses our Platform. All those subject to this policy is referred to as “users” in this policy.

 

This policy applies to information we collect:

·         On our Platform.

·         In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our Platform.

This policy does not apply to information collected:

·         Offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

·         By any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on our Platform.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Children Under the Age of 13

Our Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Platform or provide any information about yourself to us, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website and Mobil App, including information:

·         By which you may be personally identified, such as name and e-mail address. ("personal information");

·         About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform, and usage details.

We collect this information:

·         Directly from you when you provide it to us.

·         Generated during use of our Service, such as geolocation information, app usage, and device information.

·         From third- party such as other users, account holders, vendors, insurance companies, governmental authorities,

·         Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically includes usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies, unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion information, and mobile network information.

·         In certain jurisdictions, and where permitted by law, users can record the audio and/or video of their trips using a dashcam. In app recordings are encrypted and stored on users’ devices and are only shared with iyper if submitted to customer support by the users in connection with safety incidents.

Information You Provide to Us  

The information we collect on or through our Platform may include:

·         Your name and email address, phone number, username, password, profile photo, driver license or other government issued identification.

·         Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.

·         Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

·         Your search queries our Platform.

·         Demographic data, such as birth date/age, gender or occupation, when required for certain Services or safety features.

·         Vehicle information, vehicle insurance, emergency contact

·         Location information of drivers: We collect drivers’ precise or approximate location information, including to enable rides and ride tracking/safety features, to prevent and detect fraud, and to satisfy legal requirements. iyper collects this information when the iyper app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.

·         Location information of the riders: We collect precise or approximate location information from riders ‘mobile devices if they enable us to do so via their device settings.

 

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies  

As you navigate through and interact with our Website and Mobile Application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

·         Details of Platform usage, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on our Platform.

·         Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. Access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, and type of browser. We may also collect information regarding the third-party sites or services used before interacting with our services, which we use for marketing.

The information we collect automatically may is only statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways. It helps us to improve our Platform and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

·         Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Platform according to your individual interests.

We may use personal information to investigate or address claims or disputes relating to use of Iyper services, to satisfy requirements under applicable laws, regulations, or operating licenses or agreements, or pursuant to legal process or governmental request, including from law enforcement.

·         Non-marketing communications. Iyper may use personal information to inform them of changes to our terms, services, or policies; or send other communications that aren’t for the purpose of marketing the services or products of Iyper or its partners.

 

We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

·         To contractors and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

·         To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Rhill, Inc. assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Rhill, Inc. about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

·         To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

·         For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

·         With your consent.

·         We may share following information with other users: (a) your location, (b) continuous tracking of your location when a job was accepted, (c) Full name, (d) vehicle information – plate, year, make and model, (e) account pictures and profile pictures, (f) info provided on your profile page, (g) information required for 1099 at valid request.

We may also disclose your personal information:

·         To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

·         To enforce or apply our terms of use https://iyper.com/chauffeurs and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

·         If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rhill. Inc, our customers, or others.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

·         Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address hblegal@iyper.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Your California Privacy Rights

California consumers have the right to request any of the following information from Company regarding personal information collected about you during the preceding 12 months:

·         The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.

·         The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

·         The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information, if any.

·         The specific personal information collected about you.

·         For personal information sold or disclosed to a third party for a business purpose, you have a right to know the categories of personal information about you that we sold and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold; and the categories of personal information that we disclosed about you for a business purpose.

We will provide this information free of charge up to two (2) times in any twelve (12) month period within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request (including verification of your identity and your California residency), subject to delays and exclusions permitted by law.  Specific personal information about you or your account that is categorized as sensitive or confidential may be redacted.  

As a California resident, you have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we have collected about you.  We will honor this request subject to the range of exclusions permitted by law.  For example, we are not required to delete personal information if it is necessary to complete a transaction or reasonably used for an ongoing business relationship or if it is used internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.

As a California resident, you also have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties. We do not sell your personal information.  However, we are permitted to share your personal information with a service provider.

We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise any of these rights.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of our Platform like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of our Platform.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and through a notice on the Website home page.
